Company History
In April of 1997, Ron Cherry, in partnership with Canderel, Ltd. of Montreal, launched Dalcan Investments, Ltd. This Company engaged in an aggressive acquisition program with equity partners such as SITQ of Quebec.

Dalcan's first acquisition closed in September of 1998. This portfolio consisted of approximately 1.8 million square feet of office buildings located in Texas and Louisiana.

In 1999 Dalcan led the same partnership in the purchase of The Centre Office Park located in Dallas, Texas. This project consists of approximately 880,000 square feet of office space in 11 buildings on a 52 acre site, the largest such park in North Dallas.

Dalcan, through one of its subsidiary companies, Dalcan Management Services, Ltd. provides asset management, property management and project leasing.

Dalcan's primary office is located in Dallas, Texas, and managed by Ron Cherry, president, a veteran of more than 25 years of commercial real estate ownership, development, and management.
